For centuries, people are developing various techniques for cheese production: rolling in ashes and straw, dipping in wine or edible oils in combination with aromatic plants, drying in cellars, in attics...

In collaboration with Snežana Đuričin, a cheese specialist, we created the Cheese tasting workshop, and dedicated it to true cheese lovers. Now you can step out of your comfort zone and explore new tastes that you haven't had the opportunity to try before.

Discover everything about the production process, what are the key differences among cheeses, how to pair them with quality wine or good beer.

Derive Cheese tasting is an educational workshop, but it can also be organized as part of various corporate events.
